Job Responsibilities

  1. Safely and timely drive CEO of the company to and from office, appointments and meetings within the Klang Valley and outstations.
  2. Safely drive CEO’s family, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the CEO.
  3. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
  4. Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
  5. Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
  6. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
  7. Able to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle all tasks assigned expeditiously.
  8. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO from time to time.
